Job Summary
IFC Certification is looking for an Administration Manager to join us for a 12 month maternity cover contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Administration team, ensuring efficient processes and procedures are in place to support business operations and growth. About the role
1. Oversee and manage administration activities to ensure efficient client services
2. Lead and develop the Administration team, ensuring applications, quotations, and certification activities are processed smoothly
3. Ensure customer inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently
4. Develop and improve processes and procedures to enhance certification service delivery
5. Lead and mentor the Administration team of 8, provide guidance, set goals, and conduct performance reviews for team members
6. Monitor, track, and report on department performance
7. Work collaboratively with other departments across the IFC Group
8. Manage and update the website, company database, and associated systems
9. Support business development activities to increase revenue and market awareness
Do you have what it takes?
1. Proven experience in people management with strong leadership skills
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems
5. High level of numeracy and literacy
6. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
7. Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
What can you expect from us in return?
1. £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (12 month Contract)
