To support the English Language School, Curriculum Team Leader and Head of English, Maths and ESOL with general administrative duties. To be the first point of contact for telephone, email and face to face enquiries within the department.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all ESL telephone and email enquiries, responding wherever possible or forwarding to relevant staff when required.
* Address enquiries made in person by tutors involved in the ELS provision or learners looking to enrol on ELS courses, communicating clearly with learners who are non-native speakers whose spoken English may be limited.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* GCSE English Language at grade C or equivalent
* GCSE Maths at grade C or equivalent
* Demonstrate e-literacy and competency in Office365
