You'll be an integral part of the business, joining a down to earth, friendly and caring team of 4, located in Stockport.
Managing your own accounts, building relationships, and processing orders from start to finish - no two days will be the same!
This is initially a 12-month maternity contract.
In order to be successful, you will have previous office-based customer service experience, and a good knowledge of Excel.
Details of the Customer Service Administrator role:
• Salary: Competitive
• Hours: 8.30AM - 5:15PM, Monday - Friday (with flexibility on start/finish times)
• Office based, Monday - Friday
• Free parking
Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:
• Managing and looking after your own set of accounts
• Processing and tracking your customers' orders
• Respond to any enquiries they may have and follow up to solve any problems with deliveries and returns
• Using Excel daily to record and track information and provide reports
Skills & Experience required for the Customer Service Administrator position:
• Customer service experience
• A confident telephone manner
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• GCSE grades A- C (4 - 9) in English and Maths
