Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Primary Teacher to join our partner schools in the Wellingborough, Kettering, and Corby areas. This is a full-time role, ideal for a passionate educator with experience teaching across KS1 and KS2. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS1 and KS2
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
* Work closely with other teachers and school staff to maintain high educational standards
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively using positive behaviour strategies
* Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of children
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in primary schools, with knowledge of both KS1 and KS2 curriculum
* Ability to adapt and deliver engaging lessons to different year groups
* Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
* Ability to travel to schools in Wellingborough, Kettering, and Corby
* A passion for education and a commitment to student progress
