What Were Looking For: Experience: You must have at least 4 years of experience working in healthcare, ideally within a residential setting for individuals with learning disabilities. Qualifications: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is essential. Alternatively, you should be registered with the NMC. Leadership: Youll have the ability to inspire and lead a team, with a strong focus on delivering the highest standards of care. Compassion: Youll bring a caring, compassionate approach to everything you do, making sure that our residents feel safe, respected, and supported. Your Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor a dedicated team of staff to provide person-centred care to each resident. Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and staff training to ensure the best possible care delivery. Work with external professionals and family members to maintain high standards of care and well-being. Manage budgets, staffing levels, and other operational aspects to ensure efficiency.
