What will your essential responsibilities include?
* Development and management of a central Strategic Partner dashboard which seeks to capture all partner activity and is used to track and drive forward delivery against partner pipeline, targeted growth plans and facilities.
* Regular development of Propositional insight by product, competitor, sector and industry.
* Actively support the business with strategic developments including the rollout of CRM (Salesforce).
* Regularly support the Broker Management Team with tender and facilities responses including the co-ordination of content and meeting schedules.
* Support the H/O Broker Management in developing out of synergies between AXA XL and Angel Risk Management.
* Co-ordinate the logistics and diary management for Key Partner business meetings including Quarterly Business Reviews.
* Development of the Broker Management and Facilities Performance pack which captures key team outputs and activity including Market Visibility, Tender and Facility pipeline/timelines, Market Events and Partner conferences and Broker surveys and insights.
* Support the Broker Management team with business requests including briefing notes, reporting and action tracking from QBR and key partner engagements.
* Oversee the Version control for the AXA XL Engagement Matrix. (in development)
* Supported by the H/O Broker Management, be jointly responsible for the Management of a number of emerging Strategic Partners.
* Preparing and maintaining up-to-date project plans and budget forecasts on behalf of the H/O Broker Management.
* Monitoring project progress and reporting project status to stakeholders.

* Efficient organisational and analytical skills.
* Ability to take initiative.
* Experience in SharePoint and/or similar software.
* Project Management abilities
* Attention to detail and reporting skills.
* Proactive, self-starter, excellent communications skills and people’s person.
