Job Title: Legal Receptionist / Administrator
Location: Chard, Somerset
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch
Salary: £23, - £25, PA DOE

Responsibilities:
8. Act as the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls
9. Meet and greet visitors, ensuring excellent customer service
10. Scan and file incoming post electronically
11. Assist in opening and updating client files
12. Provide administrative support to the team
13. Liaise with clients and handle their queries
14. Set up meeting rooms
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
15. Experience within the legal industry or a Law graduate looking to kick-start their career would be advantageous
16. Administrative / reception experience within a regulated environment
17. Excellent IT skills
18. Attention to detail
19. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
