As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the children and young people in all aspects of their care.
Your role is to provide direct care for children and young people, helping them to achieve positive outcomes in all aspects of their lives.
This position is hugely influential on the lives of vulnerable children in care. Residential Support Workers will have a life-changing impact on the quality of their lives, safety, and outcomes.
