Location: Office-based, Monday-Friday (No remote working)
Hours: 20 hours per week (from April 2025), increasing to 37.5 hours per week (from August 2025)
Salary: £13 per hour starting rate
Weekend On-Call: 1 in 2
Are you a creative social media professional with a keen eye for content and engagement? We're looking for an experienced Social Media & Talent Administrator to manage and grow the digital presence of one of our established brands.
What You'll Do
1. Manage and post daily on all social media platforms
2. Create engaging content to attract new talent and promote existing talent
3. Update our company website with fresh imagery and content
4. Interact with our audience, clients, and talent
5. Provide general admin support (answering calls, emails, etc.)
6. Advise on social media trends and strategies
7. Take part in the weekend on-call rota (1 in 2)
What We're Looking For
1. Proven experience in social media management and content creation
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement
3. Excellent writing skills and a creative eye for imagery
4. Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas
5. Highly organised with great communication skills
6. Interest in the talent, fashion, or entertainment industry is a plus
