The Role:
Based at a welcoming and thoughtfully designed branch clinic in Worthing, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, community-focused veterinary care. The clinic environment is warm and inviting, offering a home-like atmosphere that sets it apart.
Working Pattern:
* 4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts (varied times between 07:30 and 19:30, totaling 40 hours).
* 1-hour lunch break.
* Equal share in emergency rota (1 in 6 weekends and bank holidays), with 2 days off in lieu for any weekends worked.
* Open to part-time applicants and flexible working arrangements.
Ideal Candidate:
* The role is suited to an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with a strong background in veterinary medicine and diagnostics.
* Advanced Practitioner status or a relevant certificate (or progress toward one) would be advantageous.
* The ideal candidate will also embody the practice’s core values: humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication, and teamwork.
