We're looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our PFI team based on sites across the South East.

Contract: Full Time, Monday to Friday
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Contracts Manager, you'll be working within the PFI leadership team, supporting them in delivery across multiple sites.
Your day to day will include:
1. Ensure operational performance of the Contracts are met.
2. Ensure that P&L is reviewed regularly and in line with agreed forecast and targets.
3. Development of client relationships between all key personnel.
4. All Operational, Contractual, Performance, Health & Safety, Compliance and Financial Management Reports are submitted in the agreed format and in line with Kier reporting dates and Contract requirements.
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Contracts Manager is great for you if:
1. You have Facilities Management or PFI experience - this is essential due to the requirements for the contract.
2. Understand PFI contractual requirements, KPIs, client/stakeholder requirements, and contract deliverables.
3. Managerial and leadership concepts and demonstrate best practice and good business management practices.
4. Excellent communication skills at all levels within the business with an emphasis on providing a single point of contact for the client in all matters.
