Job Overview:
The TestLink Purchasing and Supply Chain Team is currently looking for a capable and motivated individual to fill the internal position of Junior Buyer.
The Junior Buyer will be responsible for the day-to-day sourcing, procurement, and timely delivery of the materials and services needs of the TestLink organisation.
This role will play key roles in task ownership of key project work, liaising with cross-functional teams to achieve company targets. Daily tasks will involve monitoring and reporting low stock, dealing with quotes, and monitoring stock shortage reports. You will be able to proactively advise the Buyer of any issues that might affect material and spares deliveries to agreed service levels and ETAs directly affecting TestLink’s performance.
You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure delivery schedules are met, monitor suppliers’ performance, and identify and troubleshoot quality and delivery issues.
You are an excellent communicator, have strong organisational and analytical skills, are motivated, and have a logical approach to problem-solving while always thinking outside the box.
