The Role As our Account Manager, youll be the first point of contact for our members, helping them onboard smoothly, understand their benefits, and get the most out of their TEAM membership. Youll also work closely with existing members, maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities to add value. Key Responsibilities Welcome and onboard new members, guiding them through the benefits of TEAM membership. Build and maintain relationships with existing members, ensuring their needs are met. Proactively identify ways for members to maximise their value and ROI. Provide ongoing support, answering queries and resolving any issues promptly. Monitor member engagement and identify opportunities for increased participation in TEAM activities. Collaborate with internal teams to share member feedback and suggest improvements. About You Were looking for an Account Manager with: Previous experience in client support, account management, or membership services. A strong focus on building and maintaining relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and helping businesses succeed. Previous experience in recruitment would be an advantage, but not necessary.
