Minitab is looking for a Cloud Deployment Consultant to help our customers successfully implement and maximize the benefits of Minitab Connect and Real-Time SPC. If you enjoy working with cutting-edge software, leading deployment projects, and providing top-tier customer education, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
* Deploy and configure Minitab Connect/Real-Time SPC for customers, ensuring seamless onboarding.
* Deliver training sessions to educate users on best practices and effective utilization.
* Support customers by troubleshooting, resolving issues, and optimizing their experience.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to enhance customer success.
* Develop and refine technical documentation, product guides, and training materials.
* Analyze and improve deployment processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
* 1-3 years of experience in software implementation, professional services, or customer success (preferably for an enterprise SaaS product).
* Technical knowledge of programming languages like MySQL, JavaScript, PHP, or experience with APIs is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
* Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites, industry events, and conferences.
* Fluency in English language is required, additional languages is a plus.
