The Service Team manager Role will provide a high quality, safe and effective support to Bupa corporate customers. You’ll help us make health happen by: Managing a team of Remote Counsellor/Psychotherapists Leading, developing and motivate our front-line employees to deliver excellent service for our customers supported by review and coaching. Supporting the culture of continuous improvement by reviewing demand, understanding customer’s needs and delivering process improvements. Investigating remedial action if development plans/performance targets are not acted upon within agreed timescales, follow through to a fair and reasonable outcome for both the individual and Bupa. Mentoring staff in new process or system development, delivering ad hoc 121 training thereby ensuring thorough understanding of best practice. Maximising available resources through robust management of punctuality and absence, ensuring a consistent approach across the business unit. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Previous experience of managing front-line employees within a customer focused environment would be desirable. Thorough product knowledge (internal only). Experience of principles of continuous improvement/QMS Ability to demonstrate customer led thinking. Change Management.
