The Opportunity… Succession now has an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Business Change team. Reporting to the Director of Transformation, you will own the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects of various sizes, managing multiple and complex dependencies with the overall aim of ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget and that the project's objectives are continuously met. You will be the figurehead and driving force within your assigned projects to ensure the achievement of results whilst considering time, cost & quality. You will also be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues from the outset and escalating these as appropriate. You… To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised with a fast pace of learning and a credible and confident communication style. You will also need: Substantial experience of successfully defining and delivering Projects in the financial services sector A Project Management certification such as Prince2, PMP or similar is desirable Experience of leading cross-functional Projects of varying size and complexity Highly effective communication skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence Proven ability to think laterally and spot issues before they manifest Adept at identifying, managing and rectifying risks and issues.
