To provide full secretarial/administrative support to the Integrated Clinical Team. Acting as a key point of contact for the Service Operational Manager internally and externally, ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a proactive manner and initiate action accordingly.
The will support any redesign work of the integration of administrative service delivery. The support will be both at clinician level and administrative and clerical level; implementing and supporting redesigned processes as directed by the Operational Manager/Administration Manager.
To support the Operational Manager in the integration of administrative and clerical teams.
To provide day to day management of the administrative team; having co-ordination and oversight of admin pathways to ensure smooth running of services.
Monitoring workloads and tasks and adjust rotas, redeploying manpower resources in agreement with the Admin Manager to provide cover for annual leave and sickness for the administrative staff.
