We're hiring: Full Time & Part Time Patient Services Administrators (Pharmaxo Healthcare)

We're on the lookout for Patient Services Administrators to join our homecare team. Your role
As a pivotal part of our team, you will:
1. Be the first point of contact for our patients, scheduling deliveries and nurse visits with empathy and efficiency.
2. Maintain meticulous records and handle sensitive patient data with the utmost confidentiality.
3. Navigate patient queries and healthcare professional inquiries, connecting them with the right department seamlessly.
4. Play a crucial role in managing prescription logistics, ensuring patients receive their medications accurately and promptly.

Working Hours
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week across five days Monday - Saturday (some Saturday working on rotation).
Part Time: Job share 18.75 hours per week - Week 1 (Mon/Tues) / Week 2 (Wed/Thur/Fri) on rotation.
Salary: £23,871 per annum - pro rata for Part Time
Experience: You must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills. Have the ability to follow processes and procedures.
