My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR Consultant on a Contract basis.
Responsibilities:
* Support senior leaders in schools with employee relations case work, including sickness absence, restructures, TUPE, disciplinaries, and grievances.
* Ensure the Councils and their traded partners' treatment of employees is consistent with their values and strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with the Resourcing and Talent Acquisition Team to deliver a best practice recruitment service.
* Provide advice and guidance to Managers on all HR issues, including the interpretation and implementation of complex HR issues, identifying rights and responsibilities.
* Work collaboratively across the whole HR function to deliver HR-wide strategic projects.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a similar role.
* Experience of line managing a member of staff (successful candidate will be responsible for line managing 1 ER Officer).
* Experience of working with trade unions.
* Local Authority experience is essential.
Contract Details:
* Contract type: Contract
* Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00
