The Role Our client has a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team You will be responsible for effectively managing the customer experience end-to-end - ensuring excellent levels of customer service and the provision of relevant and appropriate advice efficiently, compliantly and in line with policy and process. Responsibilities: Answering calls and dealing enquiries that are sent in by phone, email, website enquiries and letters. Consistently provide excellent levels of customer service in all interactions with potential and existing customers, delivering on promises, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. Arrange and provide appropriate advice on general insurance products ensuring customers have the best policies to cover their needs. Providing quotations for various covers, processing midterm adjustments and changes to client records and policies. Produce up-to-date records for every customer interaction and contact, ensuring all notes are captured clearly, accurately and timely. Attending ad-hoc training, events and trade shows. Skills and Requirements: Previous experience working in Customer Service is essential. Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks. Demonstrate problem solving ability, good attention to detail and willingness to use own initiative and judgement.
