Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join a friendly and dynamic team in Maidstone. This role offers a varied workload and excellent long-term progression opportunities for the right person.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth administrative processes across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administration and office support
* Answering and handling phone calls professionally
* Diary management for site engineers
* Coordinating shipping and dispatch of goods to customers
* Managing social media accounts, including Instagram and TikTok
* Using Excel for reports and data management (essential)
* Assisting with Sage (experience beneficial)
* Handling ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
* Previous office administration experience
* Strong proficiency in Excel (essential)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive and positive approach to work
* Sage experience would be beneficial but not essential
