Key duties: Lead Office Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office. Team Management: Manage administrative staff and support the wider legal team. Financial Oversight: Handle invoicing, budgeting, and liaise with accountants. Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR and SRA guidelines. Resource Management: Maintain office supplies, IT systems, and facilities. HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development. Client Service: Provide excellent client service and oversee office communications. Desirable Criteria: Experience: Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. Skills: Strong organisational and leadership skills. Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements within a law firm is an advantage. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
