This role begins in April 2025. Duties as a KS2 Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all pupils to achieve their full potential. Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly. Foster a love of learning through creative and interactive teaching approaches. Promote high standards of behaviour, engagement, and achievement. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children’s development. Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities. What you need as a KS2 Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2. A thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum, assessment, and teaching strategies. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. A commitment to supporting the well-being and progress of every child. Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
