In this role you will work on behalf of both employers and employees as part of the firm’s highly skilled employment law team. Covering all aspects of employment law including; settlement agreements, contracts, redundancies, discrimination, unfair dismissal, grievance hearings and tribunals.
Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and support to clients regarding their matters, ensuring exceptional client service and alignment with their objectives, while adhering to professional and regulatory standards.
* Oversee the entire client relationship, from initial engagement to billing and following up on payments.
* Draft and review legal documents.
* Ensure compliance with all file management protocols, including those related to file audits.
* Collaborate with team members to promote the interests of the firm and effectively contribute to the team's efforts.
* Adhere to all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
* Develop strategies for litigation.
* Regularly update and consult with Partners.
* Manage client cases from inception to resolution.
