The role As part of this busy sales role, you will maintain the best level of service to new and existing customers whether that be by working on the trade counter or by serving over the phone. You will drive performance and profits of Hire by proactively identifying sales opportunities for tools and plant and by building great relationships with key customers and suppliers. Also, in this role you will communicate with the team to ensure a smooth transaction for the customer from start to finish. You will have an enthusiastic approach to ensure Hire sales are maximised and customer service is second to none. What we are looking for With flair and dynamism, you must be a passionate individual with fresh ideas and excellent customer service skills. You will have the ability to see things through the customer’s eyes to really make a difference. You will be self motivated, confident and enthusiastic with the drive to achieve set targets/KPIs and deadlines together with the ability to work alone as well as within a team. Full product training can be provided.
