As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in managing ER cases across the estate and providing outstanding support to the business and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities Included:
Partner with the business to deliver high-quality, proactive, and SLA-compliant case management on ER issues such as disciplinary, grievance, capability, appeals, and more.
Upskill and develop line managers, providing ongoing coaching to support them in reaching positive outcomes with their colleagues.
Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation to ensure continuous improvement in the service offered.
