Our HR department is entering an exciting new chapter. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, shaping a strong and effective HR service that supports our academies. With a focus on recruitment, onboarding, compliance and payroll, as well as growth, collaboration and professional development, you’ll have the chance to learn, develop, and make a real impact while ensuring a seamless experience for staff across our Trust.
Being proactive and detail-oriented HR professional is essential. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll work closely with school leaders to support staffing needs, payroll administration and regulatory compliance, ensuring we uphold the highest standards in safer recruitment and maintain the Single Central Record (SCR).
This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience and knowledge in recruitment, payroll and compliance is essential.
