Appley Manor Hotel, Ryde was built in 1850 as a magnificent Victorian residence.
Attached to the hotel is The Manor Inn Restaurant. A wide selection of food is available from midday throughout the day until 8.00pm. As well as the extensive menu, the chefs prepare many daily specials. To finish off your meal, we might be able to tempt you with one of our many scrumptious homemade desserts.
As a result of continued demand, we are offering someone with an interest in becoming a professional Chef the opportunity to train with us.
Initial pay will be £520 per week, and you will be taught all the skills to forge a successful career in the industry.

WEEK 1
1. MONDAY: 5.30pm – 9pm or finish
2. TUESDAY: Split 7.15AM - 2.30pm and 5.30 to finish approx. 9
3. WEDNESDAY: Split 7.15am - 2.30pm and 5.30pm – 9
4. THURSDAY: OFF
5. FRIDAY: OFF
6. SATURDAY: 7.45am - 4pm
7. SUNDAY: 12PM – 9 ish
WEEK 2
1. MONDAY: 7.15AM - 2.30PM
2. TUESDAY: OFF
3. WEDNESDAY: OFF
4. THURSDAY: Split 7.15am - 2.30pm and 5.30pm – 9pm ish
5. FRIDAY: Split 7.15am - 2.00pm and 5.00pm – 9 or finish
6. SATURDAY: 3pm - 9 or finish
7. SUNDAY: 7.45am - 4.30pm (can sometimes be a split)
MUST BE FLEXIBLE ON TIMES AND HOURS
(Some weeks Sunday is 12 to finish). Chef does a Weekly Rota; it can differ from this one above.
