York Health Economics Consortium (YHEC) is seeking a motivated Administrator to join our Central Business Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. About the Role: As a key member of our six-person Central Business Services team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and business support across the company. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, contributing to the overall success of YHEC. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality support, answering queries and resolving problems, utilising your knowledge of systems, policies, and processes. Contribute to the development and improvement of our IT packages and systems. Maintain and improve the office environment. Ensure adherence to processes and procedures. Support conferences, lead generation, and marketing activities. What We're Looking For: A good general education, with Level 2 qualifications including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications/experience). Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and/or Google applications. The ability to work proactively, use initiative, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy. A strong understanding of confidentiality and data management practices.
