Customer Service Planner role waiting to be filled in the New Year Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position Position: Customer Service Advisor Location: Beeston, Leeds Hybrid (2 Days WFH 3 Days office) Length: Permanent Salary: £23,400 Hours: 37.5 p/week 8:30am-5pm The role will predominantly involve: Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy Responsibly taking/making inbound and outbound calls ensuring customer service levels are carried out to a high standard Ability to deal with inbound calls from Technicians Liaise with the Planning Team to resolve customer queries where necessary Liaise with Regional Managers for updates in relation to repairs and complaints Performing additional ad hoc admin duties The successful candidates must have previous experience in a Customer Service Office-Based role and be available at short notice.
