We are seeking a Purchasing and Operational Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing supplier relationships, optimizing the purchasing process, and providing critical operational reporting to ensure smooth business operations. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy working with cross-functional teams, and have a strong background in procurement and a passion for data and reporting, wed love to hear from you Your key responsibilities will be: Purchasing & Supplier Management: Coordinate ordering requirements, negotiate supplier terms, manage supplier accounts, and monitor stock levels for timely reorders. Order & Data Management: Process purchase orders, track supplier deliveries, manage invoice submissions, and ensure data accuracy across various reports and systems. Operational Reporting: Maintain daily reconciliation of shift hours, analyse data for discrepancies, and oversee productivity reporting, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders. Monthly & Ad Hoc Reporting: Prepare operational and GMP reports, support monthly data uploads, and respond to ad hoc financial reporting requests. Your skills and experience: Experience in purchasing, procurement, and supplier management. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Smartsheet and Excel. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
