Legal Technologist Location: Tunbridge Wells (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 (benefits include generous holiday allowances – starting at 25 days, group income protection, private medical insurance, life assurance, birthday leave, a firmwide bonus scheme, annual salary reviews, and a pension with substantial employer contributions)
We’re thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Legal Technologist to join a leading tech and innovation team, working closely with a Legal 500 Tier 1-listed real estate group. This centralised role focuses on helping our clients meet their commercial objectives by implementing and maintaining advanced tech solutions and designing new strategies to drive efficiency.
Understanding clients’ commercial goals and aligning technological solutions to meet these.
Keeping abreast of market trends, especially in automation and AI within the real estate/legal sectors.
Conducting training sessions to upskill colleagues on the latest tech solutions and processes.
The ideal candidate will bring a background in Law or Computer Science, or have relevant experience in legal tech. Key qualities include:
Prior experience with platforms like Contract Express, HighQ, or AI analysis tools (e.g., Della, Avail) is a plus—but not required, as training will be provided.
