It is super critical that the successful candidate has strong commercial acumen, as we’re more than just a HR delivery function. We don’t need a traditional HR Business Partner. We need someone with experience in service design and delivery, and with a proven ability to lead and drive change. Reporting into our Chief People Officer, you will own the entire design and delivery of our People Service delivery model, from employee relations, reward and recognition, engagement and performance amongst the key areas, we’ll truly give you the platform to shine. Performance is a core feature of this role. We need someone who will continue to iterate on our performance framework to make sure that we’re getting closer to achieving our goals through creating a highly autonomous and aligned colleague community, where our people have a laser focus on delivering what matters the most. We’ve got a good foundation to build from, but we have a lot of work to do, which is where you step in.
