Job Description
Position Summary:

You will also assist with service development and training programmes. Our mixture of services provides:
* Face-to-face appointments
* Virtual appointments (video and telephone)
* Digital MSK support for front line conditions

* Progress and request investigations to facilitate diagnosis and choice of treatment regime, understanding the information limitations derived from these and the relative sensitivity and specificity of diagnostic test services such as x-rays and blood tests, and interpret and act on results to aid diagnosis and the management plans of patients.
* Deliver programmes of supported patient self-management, in ways that facilitate behavioural change, optimise individuals' physical activity, mobility, fulfilment of personal goals and independence, and that minimise the need for pharmacological interventions.
Main Overview of Role:
* To independently provide physiotherapy assessment to formulate a clinical diagnosis and an appropriate treatment plan which places the patient at the centre of care using evidence-based and best practice approach.
* Utilise support from a senior physiotherapist where required, recognising own limitations.
* Maintain physiotherapy records in line with HCPC regulations.
* Timely completion of medical reports when required.
* Participate in training to ensure CPD maintained in line with professional standards.
* Excellent communication with staff, patients and relatives.
