Key Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostics and repairs on vehicles at customer locations
Provide high-quality service while ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage a range of mechanical tasks, including servicing, maintenance, and breakdowns
Ensure all vehicles are safe and roadworthy
Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
Offer professional advice to customers regarding vehicle care and repairs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mobile Mechanic or in a similar role
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently
Full UK driving license (essential)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
