Payscale: Grade 3, Point 7 (FTE £24,294 per year, approx. £18,252 pro-rata per year)
32.5 working hours, 39 working weeks per year

Mepal & Witcham CofE Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a committed EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join a vibrant team of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals in our Early Years provision. About You
The ideal candidate will be an individual who:
● Has experience of working withchildren and families.
●Holds a Level 3 or above Early Years Education Qualification.
●Able to work calmly and problem solve under pressure.
●Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
●Is enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education.
●A highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload.
●Can work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils.
●A ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative.
●Can work flexibly and professionally.
About Role
We are looking for an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our Early Years team, working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. The purpose of this role is to fulfil the duties of a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant, planning and delivery high quality Preschool provision for our 2 - 4 year olds, working cooperatively with colleagues and families, and has is effective at supporting pupils’ development, in line with key guidance from the Development Matters & EYFS framework.
