About Our Home Nestled in the scenic beauty of Haddington, East Lothian, our 68-bed care home provides bespoke, round-the-clock care for older individuals. We specialise in Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite, and Palliative care, ensuring our residents receive the highest standards of support in a comfortable and nurturing environment. Contract & Benefits ✔ £23.00 per hour ✔ 48 hours per week (over 4 days) ✔ Day shifts: 07:45 - 20:45 ✔ 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract) ✔ Pension scheme ✔ Onsite parking ✔ Paid PVG ✔ Uniform provided What You’ll Do ✔ Lead & Support – Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the home and provide strong leadership to the care team. ✔ Resident-Centred Care – Ensure high-quality, personalised care is delivered to every resident. ✔ Team Management – Inspire and motivate the care team, ensuring they feel supported in their roles. ✔ Training & Development – Support staff in their professional growth, offering ongoing training and development opportunities. ✔ Build Relationships – Foster positive connections with residents, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care. What We’re Looking For ✔ Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – With a valid NMC PIN. ✔ Experience in Elderly Care – Prior experience working in a care home setting. ✔ Leadership & Management Skills – Ability to lead, manage, and develop a team effectively. ✔ Commitment to Excellence – Passion for maintaining the highest standards of care.
