The team Xero’s “Catalyst Engineering” portfolio is our platform engineering and developer enablement function, responsible for powering Xero’s engineers and our Partner Ecosystem with the platforms and toolchains to rapidly build innovative, robust, and secure products that meet the needs of Xero’s customers.
The team is at the forefront of technology adoption for Xero and includes some of the best and brightest technology talent in the locations where we operate. Quality Enablement owns the Xero engineering quality approach. It provides embedded support for key initiatives and drives the AI tooling and Education uplift for engineering teams.
The Quality Enablement Tools team is responsible for managing and supporting the engineering tools that enhance software quality across the organization. These roles will involve owning and maintaining key tooling systems, providing support and guidance to engineering teams, and driving improvements to streamline quality processes.
As part of the Quality Enablement initiative, the focus is on empowering teams with robust, efficient tools to enhance overall engineering standards and practices.
You will have the opportunity to work with the below technologies:
