The business is now wanting to hire for a competent, financial planning administrator type who also has the added ability of carrying out PA/EA tasks, supporting the Financial Planners.

Role responsibilities will include:
* Being the primary point of contact for clients, building a relationship that enables the client to have trust and confidence.
* Work collaboratively and communicate effectively
* Diary management: making client appointments, ensuring that Financial Planners have an organised diary and meeting times and locations are appropriate.
* Leading the coordination and appointment booking of ongoing service reviews for the Financial Planners.
* Action post in and out on a daily basis. Sort, prioritise on receipt, scan and allocate appropriately.
