The Sales Director opportunity.
* Lead and inspire a team of four high-performing sales managers
* Own and execute the MICE sales strategy across the UK, driving revenue and building long-lasting relationships
* Forge strong partnerships with key booking agents and corporate clients to ensure our hotel brand is top-of-mind
* Identify new business opportunities while maximising growth in existing accounts
* Travel across the UK to meet clients, attend industry events, and strengthen our presence in the MICE market
Sales Director experience required.
* Proven experience in a senior hotel sales role, with a clear focus on MICE
* A strong network of booking agents and corporate contacts
* Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team
* Results-oriented, with a relentless focus on revenue growth
* Willingness to travel extensively across the UK
