As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of XQ Technical, ensuring the continuous improvement and efficient running of our recruitment agency. You will manage budgets, refine processes, and lead operational projects to enhance efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities....
Operations & Strategy:
* Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and efficiency.
* Identify and drive process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
* Oversee compliance, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Budget & Financial Management:
* Own and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maximising profitability.
* Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue optimisation.
* Work closely with leadership to forecast budgets and set financial targets.
Project & Resource Management:
* Lead and manage key business projects to improve operational effectiveness.
* Oversee internal systems, technology, and recruitment processes to ensure seamless delivery.
* Ensure the business has the right resources, tools, and infrastructure to scale effectively.
Team Leadership & Performance:
* Support consultants and operations staff by providing leadership and strategic guidance.
* Develop performance metrics to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
