Forest Care Selection is currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with Learning Disabilities. This unique provider is seeking a Registered Manager for their established and Good rated residential care home delivering care and support to individuals with a Learning Disability and Autism. The Registered Manager in Folkestone, Kent will: - Oversee the running of an established residential care home for individuals with a Learning Disability or Autism. - Lead an established team and ensure they are effectively motivated, resourced, and trained to deliver the highest standard of person-centred care. - Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders and families. The Registered Manager in Folkestone, Kent will need: - Ideally experience of holding registration for a Learning Disability service and ideally within residential care although supported living, care managers and established deputy managers are considered. - Have experience of overseeing and developing large staff teams. - Hold Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
