As part of our Housing Management Contract with Cheshire West and Chester Council, you’ll ensure tenancies are sustainable for customers by providing support, assistance, and information to customers who meet vulnerability criteria.

What you’ll be doing:
• Working with colleagues to establish and maintain definitions of vulnerability.
• Maintaining a directory of internally and externally provided services to support customers.
• Ensuring signposting and referral arrangements are in place for customers.
• Working on planned customer support with an emphasis on achieving set outcomes.
• Collaborating with colleagues and external agencies to provide customer with holistic and multi-discipline support packages.
What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communications skills.
• Housing, health, or counselling -related qualifications would be ideal, but aren’t essential.
