Electrical Construction Manager London Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join their team on an exciting new technology project in London. What Youll Be Doing: Working closely with the Project Manager to oversee and coordinate site personnel. Leading by exampleensuring high standards of safety and quality are met at all times. Taking ownership of site operations, implementing and enforcing safety plans and protocols. Ensuring the team has the right training and skills to carry out work safely and effectively. Managing labour resources efficiently, planning ahead to meet project demands. Overseeing subcontractor activities, tracking progress, and addressing any challenges. Maintaining strong communication with subcontractors to keep projects on track and maintain good working relationships. Monitoring team performance, addressing any issues, and ensuring smooth operations. Checking materials to ensure they meet project specifications before installation. Driving quality standards, ensuring snag lists are addressed and closed out promptly. Supporting the project handover process and assisting in resolving any outstanding issues. Making sure all works align with the project scope, and that any changes are approved by the Project Manager. What Were Looking For: A trade or degree qualification in an electrical discipline. At least 5 years experience in a construction management role within the electrical contracting industry. Previous experience working on Data Centre construction projects. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and subcontractors. A solid understanding of the design and construction process. Why Join Our Client?
