Position : Maintenance and Repair Administrator Suttons International Salary: £24,124 Location: Widnes (Hybrid) ? ? The Role The Technical Services and M&R Administrator will support the continuous improvement in the management of the International fleet of tank containers and associated equipment. Their primary responsibility will be to support the M&R team in the management of the International maintenance and repair (M&R) costs and will also be required to provide administration support to the Technical Services Manager when required. In addition to the administrative tasks there is a requirement to assist in the development of operating procedures to improve and enhance both the fleet and M&R processes. This will require regular liaison and correspondence with all relevant stakeholders. The post holder is expected to contribute towards the delivery of an excellent support service to both internal and external customers. Key Accountabilities Support the Technical Services team in any administration task required by the business Administration of estimate approval process and data input Actively participate in all required M&R meetings Review and authorise supplier requests and maintain related financial systems Assist with the monitoring of supplier performance Administration of unit changes as required Maintain and update tank test data Notify operations offices when tanks are held or released due to fleet requirements Assist with damage reporting and claim investigations Log repairs and monitor for completion Liaise with external suppliers to fulfil M&R requirements and safety standards in an efficient time frame Resolve financial queries Required Experience and Skills Excellent interpersonal skills, a relationship builder and a strong communicator Numerate and IT literate, with the ability to learn and utilise new systems Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office systems including Word and Excel.Power Point skills would be an advantage A good understanding of multi-modal logistics operations would be advantageous Benefits Flexible hybrid working Competitive salary Holiday allowance of 25 days plus Bank Holidays Buy/sell holidays option Pension scheme Bonus potential Free onsite parking Enhanced Maternity and Paternity leave Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Health Support Birthday off Long-service rewards Refer a Friend scheme Various company discounts and perks Note: All offers of employment are subject to a Basic DBS check.
