Job description:
What youll do:
* Supervise the team to ensure maximum availability of equipment, adhering to production plans.
* Implement and monitor compliance with safety, electrical, and quality standards.
* Oversee and contribute to the electrical testing, servicing, maintenance and repair of equipment.
* Conduct performance reviews, training, and development of team members.
* Manage inventory, monitor spare parts stock levels, and process purchase orders.
* Ensure quality control and final inspection of all equipment prior to dispatch.
Required profile:
Youll have the following skills and experience:
* Qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent (City & Guilds, NVQ, etc.).
* Proven experience (5+ years) in an electrical servicing environment.
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
* Commitment to safety and a quality-focused approach.
* Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required.
