About THE ROLE
The Key Account Manager is instrumental in the planning, implementation and delivery of the wholesale strategy and business growth for their accounts.
Responsibilities include:
* Work closely with Sales Manager in driving key account sales initiatives across individual channels.
* Manage own portfolio of wholesale accounts, build strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key wholesale customers.
* Execute a comprehensive key account roadmap that aligns with the overall company strategy.
* Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals for key accounts.
* Focus on brands and category performance to create growth opportunities.
* Regularly analyse and communicate commercial sales data and create action plans based on results.
* Work cross-functionally with wholesale operations to optimise shipping targets.
* Act as the voice of the key accounts regarding assortment planning and marketing plans.
* Identify new growth strategies within the market and distribution.
* Demonstrate an intimate understanding of our products and business.
* Accountable for the implementation of all key account related initiatives.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to drive marketing strategies.
About YOU
* A minimum of 2 years experience in key account management.
* Ability to take ownership of projects and exceed expectations.
* Demonstrated relationships and collaboration with key buyers.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Commercially astute decision maker.
* Ability to adapt quickly and work with pace.
* Immersive fashion trend interest and knowledge of major accounts.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Full Clean Driving License.
