They are seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead and optimise their supply chain operations.
Job Description
* Developing and implementing strategies to optimise transportation costs and improve delivery performance.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and best practices.
* Leading, coaching, and developing a team of drivers and supervisors
The Successful Applicant
* A strong background in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management within a fast-paced environment.
* Experience managing a fleet of HGVs and vans
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
* A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service KPIs (OTIF, customer satisfaction, route efficiency etc.)
* Knowledge of transport regulations, H&S standards, and sustainability practices.
