We have a new opportunity for an Facilities Administrator to join our dedicated team in Wallingford. As an Facilities Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation of our office whilst providing facilities/administrative support to the Senior Office Manager.
Ensuring kitchen and bathrooms are kept organised and well stocked - there will be a considerable amount of manual handling.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained
Administration of security passes.
Performing other ad hoc related duties as required.
Two year’s experience in a facilities administration role would be an advantage.
Good Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, Excel and Word.
Have a flexible approach to work and be a self starter
Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week and easily commutable to Wallingford
