Their stunning central showroom is a hub for innovation and inspiration - and we’re looking for a dynamic Business Support Manager to help keep the magic happening behind the scenes. What you'll be doing: You’ll be the go-to person for the Executive and Senior Leadership Team, supporting them day-to-day while also ensuring the smooth running of the office, showroom, and internal operations. This is a broad and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include: Executive Support - Diary management, travel booking, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and following up on action items to keep things moving. Office & Showroom Management - Keeping the office and showroom running like a dream: tidy, stocked, and always client-ready. Client Experience - Greeting guests, supporting client meetings and tours, and ensuring a seamless, polished experience. HR Admin - Onboarding new starters, preparing contracts, maintaining HR records, and supporting our people processes. General Administration - Managing internal processes, keeping the team organised, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a PA, Office Manager, or similar all-round business support role. Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills. Super-organised with great attention to detail and follow-through. Someone who loves variety and takes ownership of their work. Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, HR systems, or CRMs. Experience in a client-facing or showroom environment is a bonus. What you’ll get: ??
